Deputation Update

June 4,2008

Dear Friends and Family,

We are thankful this week for another supporting church. The Colonial Baptist Church of Charlottesville, VA has decided to support us.

This past week concluded our month up in the Pennsylvania area and also the nice cool weather. Last Wednesday we did not have a scheduled meeting, but decided to drop in at the Bible Baptist Church in Eastern Maryland. There is a good possibility that we may be back for their mission conference in January.

Sunday took us to the Independent Bible Church in Duryea, PA. These folks were a great blessing to us. On Monday we left out at 7:30 A.M. and arrived home at around 7:15 P.M. The girls did very well traveling as that is the longest trip we have taken yet. Allie even did well after her shower in Coca-cola – We stopped at a gas station to fill up and decided to get one of those BIG fountain cokes to share. All 44 oz. of it fell off the counter and drenched Allie from head to toe. Thankfully we have our entire wardrobe in the van with us, so we had a change of clothes for her.

We are excited this week that the Schrock family, our team for Brazil, is headed out on the road to begin raising support. We are praying that they will catch up with us on their support level so that we can go to Brazil around the same time.

Please continue to pray for us as we travel down further south and then to the mid-west over these next couple months. We look forward to what the LORD has in store for us this next week and press on toward God’s place for us in Brazil. Thank you all for your faithful prayers and support!

With Grateful Hearts,

Jeremy and Esther Lockhart
